Valentina Nikolova is the HR Director for SEERC

We are proud to welcome our new HR Director Valentina Nikolova.
Valentina comes from BTC, where she was managing a team providing human resources services to the Sales and Marketing Departments and Call Centers on country level.
Prior to this, Valentina collected useful experience at AIMS and AII Data Processing. All her ex-colleagues gave wonderful recommendations for her as a person and a professional.
Valentina holds a degree from Sofia Unviversity with a thesis on The Sociolinguistic Change in the Language of Advertising.
She is 34, with 2 sons, Libra.
She will be responsible for the recruitment, training and development of human capital at SEERC, organizational challenges, and hopefully, for some out-of-office events.
