SEERC Academy NEW

80 % of companies believe they deliver a superior customer experience, but only 8 % of their customers agree.

 

It was great having you all on our SEERC Academy sessions in the spring (especially those of you who did join all the sessions).

As before, SEERC Academy is open every Friday from 9 to 12:00.

In the autumn we will start with the topic that provoked most of your interest - “Is your company customer-focused?” aiming to show and provoke your discussions on customer loyalty and satisfaction practices, NPS, creating customer-centric environments.

 

If you’re a marketing person, there’s one big question that you should be asking yourself:

           

“What can we give people that will make them feel good when they tell others...thus making them want to tell others?! What can we do that’s so buzz-worthy that they cannot possibly keep it to themselves?”

 

Word of mouth marketing is relevant and needed today more than ever before. It can substantially help companies address many of the major challenges currently facing marketers:

Needing to Differentiate in a commoditized, highly competitive environment

For those who haven’t heard about SEERC Academy – it is a Friday morning meeting of marketing, management and BD people. It includes a presentation, a discussion and own company cases. These sessions are open to all who wish to join and are free of charge. Just call or e-mail to sign for a chosen date as we try to keep the groups of not more than 10 people at a time.

SEERC Academy Feedback - 30.04.2009

After the first 3 months of SEERC Academy, or, in other words, Friday training sessions at our office, we have collected the opinions of our partners who joined and are glad to have received only positive recommendations for the trainings.


Over 40 marketing executives have been part of SEERC Academy for these 3 months. Some of them joined for only one topic, others went through all the topics that we offered.


In order to develop the list of topics, we are open to your suggestions. Some of the new topics to follow are:
